An Interview with Anthony Deveaux – Digital Internet Marketing Specialist
How long have you been doing what you do and how did you get to be the Digital Internet Marketing Specialist?
You have been involved with marketing for 20 years. I have always had a passion for showing others how to utilize the internet to build and optimize their businesses. Once the internet started replacing brick and mortar with click and order it became obvious that the digital revolution was just beginning. I completely consumed myself with everything about Internet and Digital Information marketing. I studied courses and programs, spent hundreds of hours testing techniques and overcoming obstacles, attended seminars, participated in private Mastermind meetings with the best and brightest minds in business. I learned some amazing strategies. But, I noticed something was missing. A lot of the experts out there teaching Internet marketing and list building had a lot of similarities in their strategies. Their online marketing and list building tactics seemed good and had some amazing ideas – but it felt more like a lot of stress was accumulated trying to process so much information at one time. Also many seemed to only want fast money and were not interested in others success. I realized that for my own business and my clients with 4elements of marketing – I wanted to teach more “client attractive” and “mindset” strategies. So, from what I learned, I started to apply some of the key strategies to my 4element training system and made them more authentic – coming from a place of the bond and connection with a prospect or client – and building that long-term relationship focused on the need-know-like-trust factor. Every sense I started focusing on these principles I have started to and continue to see amazing results.
I then started to work with our private clients on Internet and online marketing. I shared our strategies with them and it felt so congruent and more authentic than anything else that was out there on the market. Again, the results were more than stellar.
So, I launched 4elements of marketing in the fall of 2009 and began providing weekly high content, high value articles on strategic list building and digital online marketing.
Who are your clients exactly?
I work with businesses and high achieving entrepreneurs who are really good at what they do; however, have never been taught exactly how to leverage the power of the Internet and online marketing to build a responsive and quality list of leads or attract new leads or clients, consistently. They struggle with the systems they need so they ALWAYS can convert prospects to clients and make quantum leaps in their online business. They are struggling with how to generate highly qualified leads to their list every month and are overwhelmed with all the “slick” online marketing strategies out there from social media to video to affiliate marketing. That said, the professions I’ve worked with run the whole gamut from service-based professionals to solo-entrepreneurs to owners of multi-million dollar brick-and-mortar companies.
What happens if you haven’t yet worked with people in my field?
I have worked with plenty of clients in a wide scope of small businesses and “independent” industries. Most likely I have worked with people in your field. Yet, I have to share with you that if I haven’t, you are not at a disadvantage, quite to the contrary. Here’s why: people in your field are probably ALL doing the same things to market their business online to sell more products or attract new clients. I’ll guess this creates a lot of repetition. What my current and former clients have found exceedingly helpful is that I bring an extremely fresh perspective to their online marketing process and give them resources they’d never heard of in their field. Because of this, they stand out in an overcrowded marketplace and are the ones who start selling more products and getting repeat clients.
How are you different from other “Internet marketers?”
Although we will occasionally touch upon technology or system and other “marketing” related things, you have me as an Digital Internet Marketing expert and consultant. What that means to you is that I am very focused on anything and everything that works for the entrepreneur. Because my focus is very narrow, what you get with me is no-nonsense, undiluted expertise on what works for small business owners and professionals. I’ve simply become an expert at this stuff and that’s why my clients, groups and customers get great results (and I throw in a healthy dose of compassion, humor and encouragement, which ALWAYS helps!).
I’m also the ONLY expert in a very crowded field of “Internet Marketing Coaches” that teaches purely “state of the art” online marketing strategies. I don’t bother with all the fluff out there online that focuses on making a quick buck and places no value on the relationship with a prospect or client.
Best of all – I am very practical and easy to work with. I’m known for over-delivering with my clients and giving them EVERYTHING that I have and much more. I show you step-by-step how to do something so it’s easy to put into place and doesn’t require a technical background or technical skill set to implement what we cover and quickly put it into action so you can see immediate results.
For what type of professional is this program NOT going to work?
Please understand I’m very selective in who I work with and I choose my clients carefully, choosing to (gently) turn away people who aren’t suited for my programs and won’t get the results for which they would have signed up for. (It wouldn’t be fair to them.)
My coaching programs are NOT for those who have no money coming in and are absolutely, financially desperate, at least not right away. It’s been my experience that people in financial crisis do not trust the recommendations I give them and do not do the work (probably because they spend so much time worrying about where they are going to get next month’s rent check or mortgage payment.)
If you fall within this category, it’s absolutely OK. We’ve all been in times of financial crisis at one point or another. Do yourself (3) favors:
Get some money coming in with a full-time or part-time job at the very least, and then contact me. This will take the edge off and provide a little more peace of mind. Mostly, it will de-clutter your mind enough to focus on your marketing assignments and your overall goals. Once you start seeing the clients come in regularly as a result of our work, you can then start reducing the hours you work at that other job and focus on your own business.

Another type of person I won’t work with (without exception) is the whiner or the chronic skeptic, as well as individuals who consistently make excuses for not getting their assignments done or challenging every aspect of the program. If you are one of these people, I gently and respectfully ask that you not contact me and I hope you understand why. We’ll probably just not work well together and I wouldn’t want you to waste your time or money. Is that fair?
You also should be at least making strong income in your business. My coaching program requires a serious financial investment and commitment.

How quickly can I expect results?
Obviously, this depends on how long you’ve been in business and how much you put into the assignments that I give you. That said, virtually all clients see results within the first 2 to 3 months in the form of adding more leads, converting those leads into new prospects, clients who stay longer, more revenue, turning more prospects into paying clients and more referrals from these clients.
Will I recover the investment I put into this coaching program?
Yes! Many clients are excited to report that they were able to cover their investment often with only a few new clients. I want you to stop reading for just one moment to ask yourself, “What is a few new clients worth to me, and what is the average revenue I make from the lifetime of that one client?” Chances are, that amount will more than cover your coaching investment.
